DIRECT ADMISSION OF STUDENTS ABROAD (DASA-2014)

Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) Scheme aims to facilitate admission for Foreign Nationals/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/ Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) for Undergraduate & Postgraduate programmes in Engineering/ Architecture/ Planning and MBA in NITs/SPAs/IIITs and other premier centrally funded institutions in India. Ministry of Human Resource Development of Government of India has entrusted the coordination of DASA 2014-15 admissions to NITK Surathkal, Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
Undergraduate admissions are based on SAT Subject Test Scores and Postgraduate admissions are based on GRE and GMAT respectively. Undergraduate admission portal has already been launched and Postgraduate admission portal will be launched on May 1, 2014. More details on the programme are available at www.dasanit.org.
